🌋 Flores Bajawa – Om David
Medium-Dark Roast | Indonesia
Tasting Notes: Chocolate, Cedar, Pipe Tobacco, Dark Fruit
Sail into bold territory with this earthy, full-bodied roast from Flores, Indonesia.
Our Flores Bajawa – Om David is roasted to a smooth medium-dark to bring out deep flavors of roasted cacao nibs, cedarwood, and spice-laced tobacco, balanced by a mellow sweetness of dried fig and molasses. It’s bold without being bitter, rich without being overwhelming.
Sourced from smallholder farms at 1,200–1,400 meters above sea level, this coffee is grown in volcanic soil and processed using the traditional wet-hulled method—a signature of Indonesian coffees. That rustic, earthy body? That’s the island magic.
