🥐 Barista/Baker — Coronado Speakeasy

Location: Coronado, CA
Position: Morning Shift / Part-Time

We’re seeking a creative and motivated barista-baker hybrid to help us run our morning service at the Coronado Speakeasy. You'll be brewing espresso and baking fresh pastries in a cozy, speakeasy-style café.

Your day-to-day:

• Brew and serve classic espresso drinks

• Prep and bake house pastries (croissants, scones, tarts, etc.)

• Keep the bar stocked and the baking station tidy

• Maintain morning opening duties and help shape our pastry program

Ideal candidate:

• Prior barista or baking experience (even at home!)

• Early riser — you’ll often start between 5:00–6:00 AM

• Self-motivated, organized, and reliable

• Excited to work solo or with a small team
